President

Josh studied at Western Governors University and has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management and is CompTIA Project+ Certified. He has extensive IT experience in the fields of software development, telephony, and project management. Through his service with small and large enterprises, he has been able to bring a fresh perspective on how technology can enhance and grow Westpark. Josh has transformed Westpark’s technology investments by implementing industry standard security policies, innovative and cost effective technology solutions, and adopting a customer first approach to solving technical challenges that arise. Josh has always provided a “can do” perspective.
Laura Lehne
Operations Manager

Laura attended Sam Houston State University for Elementary Education. She has experience in Teaching and in Telecommunications. Laura received her Contact Center Manager Certification and has brought her client-focused beliefs, her enthusiasm for helping clients and her drive to pursue whatever it takes to satisfy them has helped us to grow our client base and has contributed to the growth and expansion of Westpark Communications. She has assisted in developing processes and procedures that have aided in the development of the operational staff.
Monica Butler
HR Manager, C.P. and Business Administration

Monica attended college at San Jacinto College Central. She is a SHRM-Certified Professional. She has Human Resource and Business Administration experience in large and small businesses in the fields of Inspection and Shipping, Oil and Gas and Telecommunications. Monica’s contributions to Westpark include professional HR-related duties that include benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding and off-boarding, and policy implementation.
Debra Crabtree
Sales Manager

Debra has a Bachelor of Arts from Lone Star College. She is a highly accomplished Sales Manager with 36 years of extensive experience in Sales and Customer Service. Debra owned and operated a legal support services company for 15 years, providing exceptional document management for law firms. She is a proven leader with a track record of sales, building and managing accomplished sales executives, and developing strategic partnerships. Debra is known for her sales and legal industry expertise, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction.
Diana Moreno
Marketing Manager

Diana has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston. She worked for the company as a Marketing Coordinator from February 2017 through January 2019 before leaving to work as a Digital Marketing Specialist in the oil and gas field. Following 16 months working in that role, she went on to work as a Marketing Director for a public adjusting firm for a little over three years before returning to Westpark as the Marketing Manager in September 2023. Diana is focused on building brand awareness through content marketing to showcase the company’s people-first approach to business.

Amy Johnson is an experienced client advocate with over nine years of service in customer relations, team leadership, and process optimization. She has a strong background in managing client interactions, resolving escalations, and driving customer satisfaction. In 2020, Amy earned recognition as Customer Service Manager of the Year. Noting her subject matter expertise in optimizing internal processes and content marketing initiatives, she is skilled in key areas like CRM management, team motivation, and building long-term business relationships.
Ernesto Corona
IT Manager

Ernesto Corona began his career as an IT Analyst in 2014, steadily advancing through various network and systems administration roles. By 2016, he became a Jr. Network Administrator, quickly rising to Systems Administrator in 2017. His hard work and expertise earned him a promotion to Sr. Systems Administrator in 2021, and in 2023, he was promoted to IT Manager. Ernesto is committed to safeguarding digital environments and proactively managing security strategies for system integrity.
