Remote Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at Westpark, you will join a team committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations through quality support. We are seeking dedicated and energetic individuals ready to handle various customer interactions with precision and care. To help with our business continuity plan, we are looking for candidates outside the Houston area that reside in North or West Texas, Tennessee, and Nevada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries.
- Enter and capture information accurately into our database.
- Navigate our customer service systems and follow specific call-handling instructions.
- Relay messages and route calls to appropriate resources.
- Perform follow-up tasks and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Uphold our commitment to providing personalized service at the highest level.
Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at Westpark, you will join a team committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations through quality support. We are seeking dedicated and energetic individuals ready to handle various customer interactions with precision and care.

- Perform the tasks and responsibilities of a regular Customer Service Representative
- Provide bilingual support, ensuring clear and professional interactions with customers who have language preferences.
- Assist in translating and clarifying communications between customers and departments, enhancing understanding and service delivery.
